Another Progress Report

Getting oh-so-close now. I think tomorrow might be the finish (aside from edits)--I hope!! ::crosses fingers:: Here's what I accomplished:

Title: Of Madmen, Minions, and Christmas Miracles
Words Written: 1635 on 12/20 (9538 total so far)
Progress: Reworked a couple of prior scenes that I wasn't happy with, including the Wraith encounter; finished scene with the narrator in the infirmary; finished flashback scene with narrator at the end of the Wraith encounter; finished scene with team in the infirmary & set up next mission flashback.

I'm definitely going to bust the word limit at this rate. ::sigh:: I'm going to try to edit it after the whole thing is written and see if I can't whittle it down to 10k...or at least close to it.

I'll try--have to do another load of laundry and get a couple of batches of cookies baked for peoples' work-related Christmas parties and such tomorrow. So I might not be on until kinda late. :(

Gotta Go... Leaving town tomorrow. Will try to check my email once I get to Dallas, but I have to see if I can get online. I'm taking my laptop. I'll be back Saturday, though, hopefully. But if you email me anything before say 12 or so tomorrow I will see it.
